After serving in the United States Army, Jessica Robles discovered something most people overlook: a clean home has the power to reduce stress, improve health, restore peace of mind, and give families back something incredibly valuable — TIME.
What started as a handful of customers and a simple mission has grown into one of Arizona's fastest-growing residential cleaning companies, proudly serving more than 250 recurring families throughout the East Valley.
Today our team consists of more than twenty dedicated professionals who share one belief: Every home deserves to be cared for as if it were our own.
We've built VeterClean around military discipline, genuine compassion, eco-friendly cleaning products, and an obsession with the details that most companies rush past.
Every training program, inspection, hiring decision, and customer interaction is guided by one question: Would we be proud to have our own family walk into this home? If the answer isn't yes, we're not finished.

Jessica Mills
Army Veteran | Entrepreneur | Co-Founder
Jessica's journey has always been rooted in service.
After graduating from high school, she enlisted in the United States Army, proudly serving for six years, including a deployment to Afghanistan. Her military experience instilled the discipline, resilience, and commitment to excellence that continue to influence everything she does today.
Following her military service, Jessica spent nearly a decade with the United States Postal Service, where she developed an even deeper appreciation for consistency, reliability, and serving her community. But entrepreneurship had always been calling.
After relocating to Arizona, Jessica took a leap of faith and started her own residential cleaning business with a simple goal: provide exceptional service while creating meaningful career opportunities for others. What began as a small local business quickly grew through hard work, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to customer experience.

That philosophy has shaped every part of VeterClean. Jessica has built a culture where cleaning isn't viewed as a task to rush through, but as a labor of love. She has developed training systems that teach every team member to clean with intention, attention to detail, and genuine care for the families they serve.
From the very first day she opened her business, she made the intentional decision to use eco-friendly, all-natural cleaning products. She believes homeowners should never have to choose between a truly clean home and a healthy one.
Not long after starting the business, Jessica met Ibrahin, and together they combined their strengths to transform the company into what VeterClean is today — a million-dollar residential cleaning company with more than 20 team members, hundreds of five-star customer reviews, and a reputation for delivering exceptional service throughout the East Valley.
Through Clean Accelerator, Jessica is passionate about helping other cleaning business owners build businesses that deliver exceptional service while creating opportunities for their employees and making a lasting impact in their communities.

Ibrahin Robles
Entrepreneur | Recruiting & Operations Strategist | Co-Founder
"I've always believed that businesses grow because people grow first."
My career began more than a decade ago in recruiting, starting as an entry-level high-volume recruiter. Over the years, I worked my way into leadership roles, helping companies across multiple industries attract top talent, improve hiring processes, and build scalable recruiting systems. I've led talent acquisition departments, developed growth strategies, managed recruiting teams, and consulted with businesses looking to hire smarter and grow faster.
Eventually, I launched my own recruiting practice, partnering with local businesses to help them build strong, dependable teams. Throughout my career, one lesson became incredibly clear: almost every business problem eventually becomes a people problem. Hiring the right people, developing leaders, and creating systems that allow teams to succeed are what separate businesses that plateau from businesses that scale.
That passion for building systems naturally led me into entrepreneurship.
Today, alongside my wife Jessica, I co-own and operate VeterClean, a residential cleaning company that has grown into a million-dollar business serving hundreds of families throughout Arizona. We've built a team of more than 20 employees, developed repeatable operating systems, and continue to refine every aspect of our business — from recruiting and leadership development to customer experience, operations, and profitability.
Clean Accelerator was created because we know firsthand how overwhelming scaling a service business can be. We've experienced the hiring challenges, customer complaints, scheduling headaches, cash flow concerns, and leadership growing pains that every cleaning business owner eventually faces. Our goal is to help other owners avoid years of trial and error by sharing the systems we've built and continue to use every day.
Outside of business, I'm a husband and proud father in a blended family with five amazing children. I've always been drawn to competition and personal growth. I grew up playing football, running track, and wrestling before spending eight years competing in mixed martial arts. Those experiences taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of continuous improvement — principles that continue to shape how I lead our businesses today.
At the end of the day, I don't believe we're simply building cleaning companies. We're helping business owners become stronger leaders, create opportunities for their employees, and build businesses that provide freedom for their families.
